What you get
The locked guess and, later, whether it was right. This seller does not sell a transaction count. The latest-block product on Next-block Bitcoin fees already includes that.
This seller commits a next-block transaction count before the target block exists. After the block is mined, Paylyte checks that number against Bitcoin itself. That is Proof of Outcome. Bitcoin itself is the ground truth. The record gets a stamp on Bitcoin so it cannot be quietly changed. That stamp is OpenTimestamps .
